Arkisur was born from an entrepreneurial and professional couple who, after years of building and managing rental houses and apartments, experienced firsthand how exhausting, expensive, and stressful a poorly coordinated construction process can be. That experience motivated the creation of a turnkey construction company that simplifies the entire process for the client. To achieve this, strategic alliances were established with manufacturers of high-quality prefabricated systems, direct suppliers, and importers, optimizing costs without sacrificing quality. In almost two years of operation, Arkisur has developed more than 20 projects throughout Costa Rica, backed by a team of builders with more than 10 years of experience.

Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
He has a solid academic background in healthcare, having completed the academic plan for the Nursing degree at the University of Costa Rica, with advanced professional training, which gave him a rigorous foundation in management, responsibility, and decision-making under pressure. Subsequently, he developed an extensive career as an entrepreneur, leading businesses in the restaurant, bakery, rental apartment development, and international trade sectors, including the export of fruits and vegetables to Panama. This multidisciplinary experience allowed him to understand firsthand the importance of operational efficiency, cost control, and correct project execution. With this comprehensive vision, he drives the creation of Arkisur, focusing on operational management, logistics, supplier negotiation, and business development, ensuring that each project is executed with order, quality, and focus on results.
Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
She is a Doctor of Physiotherapy, with professional training focused on care, well-being, and accompanying people. During the last six years, she has combined her career with an active entrepreneurial trajectory, participating directly in the development and growth of various business projects alongside her founding partner. At Arkisur, she leads customer service, the sales process, and accompaniment in the paperwork necessary for each construction project. Her human, organized, and service-oriented approach guarantees a clear, close, and reliable experience for each client, from first contact to final project delivery.
